Adding a technological element to existing business processes is not enough to achieve value and competitiveness.
Being able to combine increasingly standardized digital tools with ​“custom” processes, is a leverage to engage an effective digital transformation in businesses.

“We need a bold and disruptive approach from companies to make sure that technology is enabled in the true sense, and not as an additional piece to the activities carried out today. This would only make current processes more expensive”
