NiEW, a strategic consulting firm specializing in digital product and service innovation, is committed to expanding our clients’ competitive advantage through innovative solutions and services in the context of Innovation Consulting.

For us, ​“Quality” means not only ensuring compliance with identified requirements, but also exceeding the level of Customer and User expectations through a proactive approach to ​‘Innovation Consulting, product and service design, and supporting Customers in their innovation journey. In order to increase the level of satisfaction of our clients, we are committed to constantly developing and improving the performance of our people, knowing that the value of consulting comes from people skills.

Our ​“Quality Strategy” allows us to periodically assess and refocus our growth objectives in terms of economics and knowledge, while processes undergo continuous improvement to ensure operational excellence. Therefore, we collaborate closely with suppliers, fostering the sharing of our principles and applying Innovation Consulting best practices to manage quality and prevent and eliminate nonconformities through risk management and corrective actions.

NiEW has implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, with the specific goal of improving technical and economic efficiency in the Innovation Consulting context, making our services even more advanced and cutting-edge.

All members of the organization are committed to achieving company goals, including high standards of organizational, technical and management knowledge through training and personal growth paths tangibly supported by the company.

Company management, particularly members of the Quality Function, are available to all staff to provide assistance and gather observations aimed at improving the effectiveness and streamlining our Quality Management System, always in compliance with the Code of Ethics and professional ethics related to Innovation Consulting.
