Hackathon for Social Good, Abu Dhabi

One year after opening its office in the Emirates, NiEW renews its support for the 12^th edition of the ​“International Hackathon for Social Good” to be held in Abu Dhabi April 25 – 28.

Organized by New York University, it will involve students from around the world, who will compete on complex challenges, with a focus on AI and Quantum Computing technologies.

On April 26, in the opening session we will hear Teresa Alaniz, Director of Design Delivery and Strategist, and Alessandra Motteran, Associate Manager, from NiEW, with a lightning talk titled ​“Empowering Youth for Social Positive Impact”.

Uniting diverse talents from 50 different countries, the NYUAD Hackathon is a unique event that empowers students to apply their quantum computing and artificial intelligence skills towards advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals. 

Now in its 12^th edition, this prestigious gathering has earned international acclaim for fostering youth excellence in technology.
