Marco Tagliavacche talks about the project

RINA, a multinational company based in Genoa, has launched a project to innovate their internal processes, through the use of Design Thinking methodologies, with the aim of improving and optimizing their operations. Marco Tagliavacche, Corporate Experience Designer at RINA, talks about it in this Digital talk” with Andrea Violante, CEO of NiEW.

An innovation project showing that the application of this methodology not only focuses on studiyng the markets, but also becomes the lever for an internal cultural and organizational change.

Business Design and Design Thinking methodologies aim at involving people with diverse points of view, specific market knowledge, different ideas and culture.

Even internal company processes can be observed with a human-centered vision, to obtain an articulate and accurate mapping in order to improve the employee experience and optimize company performance. This result is fundamental for companies, like RINA, that completely rely on competences.
