A professional who understands the nuances of business strategy and digital innovation, with an educational background in economics, business, management or engineering. You excel in nurturing customer relationships, driving digital strategies and delivering results through a comprehensive understanding of our strategy and methodology.

Key Attributes for the Role:
  • Lead Generation Support: able to initiate and manage the process of identifying and growing potential customers for the company;
  • Lead Nurturing: able to maintain relationships with potential customers with the aim of moving on to contact acquisition;
  • Contract Negotiation and Closing: ability to manage the crucial stages of business negotiations, from negotiating terms to finalising the contract;
  • Methodical approach: demonstrates a systematic and organised way of working, ensuring that all tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently with respect to company methodologies;
  • Digital Orientation: has a strong inclination and understanding of digital tools and platforms, ensuring flexibility in the adoption of tools in the company.

Key Responsibilities
Client Direction and Relationship Management:
  • Foster sustainable relationships with clients, enhancing customer satisfaction, and retention
  • Develop and actively execute growth strategies. This includes both online and offline initiatives, as well as innovative growth hacking methods, brand partnerships, and on-ground activation;
  • Use data-driven methods and analysis to improve efficiency and effectiveness in delivering targeted solutions;
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs for growth activities, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment towards a unified goal;
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging trends, and advancements in technologies.
Business Development and Customer Insight Analyst:
  • Identify and cultivate upselling opportunities through a keen understanding of market dynamics and client needs;
  • Act as the voice of the market and the users, translating customer feedback into actionable insights for future business development.

Required background and technical skills:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Complex Sales environments, preferably in a B2B tech scale-up or hyper-growth environment, demonstrating ability to navigate and succeed in industrial or highly complex enterprise contexts;
  • An innate propensity for growth, rapid experimentation and testing of new markets;
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to derive powerful insights from various data sources;
  • A proactive and anticipatory approach, combined with the ability to work independently and make decisions in ambiguous situations;
  • Robust organizational and time management capabilities, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

Other skills and required characteristics:
  • Education: Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent; focus or specialization in Industrial and Product Design is a plus;
  • Languages: strong verbal and written communication abilities in both Italian and English
  • Growing: a genuine desire to broaden knowledge, together with a curiosity to learn about new approaches and tools in the field.
