Who you are
- 2+ Years in managerial, or consulting context.
- Strong goal orientation, which requires solid organizational skills: your agenda is properly balanced so that you never miss a deadline.
- Digital mindset: you can quickly understand how to use digital solutions to generate more value in the existing context.
- Desire to gain experience in different backgrounds.
- Willingness to deliver value facing directly the client.
- Language: Fluent in English and Italian.
- Study path: Master Degree in Business, Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent, Master Degree in Innovation Design or Product Development.
- Background in Business Fundamentals and Digital Transformation
- Business Design knowledge is a plus
What you will do
NiEW is looking for professionals that feel comfortable and excited to propose new ways of addressing issues or cases generating new profitable valuable initiatives.

You will support the execution of projects which may include a range of Product Innovation, Go To Market, Sales, After Sales, Operations, Organization to Business Strategy.
Your ordinary job will consist of supporting different design, transformation and innovation teams with client-facing activities to guarantee focused and on-time delivery as well as to provide close support to the project manager.
