We can use this template for consistent email signatures across the whole agency.

Just select the following rendered text block, copy and paste it into your email client signature field, then change Name, Surname, Job Title, and Phone Number. Check that the whole signature has been pasted (gray horizontal lines must be visible at the top and bottom).
